Subcontractor and Contact Data: When you upload or enter subcontractor records, we store contact details (names, emails, phone numbers, trade categories, and addresses) that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to store and use this data in the Service.

Project and Bid Data: We store project details, bid information, ITB records, and related documents that you create or upload within the platform.

Usage Analytics: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and error logs.

Cookies and Local Storage: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and gather analytics data.

Subcontractor and project data you upload is retained as long as your company workspace exists. You may request deletion of specific records at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately at security@nexusbids.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@nexusbids.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, Stripe, Outlook Calendar). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
